Oasiria Water Park. Marrakech

For an aquatic adventure in Marrakech why not try Oasiria. This relatively new water park opened its doors 3 summers ago and has been a favourite hang out ever since. Oasiria is extremly easy to get to as the park provides its own bus shuttle service to and from town.

 Unlike many of the other pool restaurants Oasira in the beginning really catered for a family day out designed with attractions for tiny toddlers to teenagers. This January Oasiria have created a new space for a more adult clientele. The new 300m heated pool tucked away from the rest of the park  in a beautiful secluded garden with its own restaurant is the perfect place for any sun worshippers to  spend the day soaking up some rays. This part of the park will now be open all year round.

If you are coming with your kids they will be thrilled to climb aboard the pirate ship and sail the Marrakech sea’s.

and then ride the waves as they crash down onto the Marrakech beach, and like all good beaches you can stop for a game of volleyball or soccer…..If you fancy a dance there are classes for that too.

Next you can twist and turn down the anaconda, boa and cobra water slides.

And if you are super brave you can try the 17m high Kamikaze slide.

 When your energy starts to fade you can take a dinghy and lie back and be carried along by the lazy river………

The park also provides a choice of 5 different restaurants and snack bars so you will never go hungry. Each restaurants menu offers a variety of choice from snacks and pizzas to a full sit down multi course lunch.

And after lunch……….

You can also take a stroll through the 10 hectares of shady gardens and find a beautifully manicured tree to lie under for a while, before you dive back into your adventures again………

The main water park opens in March, but the new heated adult pool is open all year round.The Park also provides a special tariff for groups You can contact the super helpful staff here.

For a full day at Oasiria in the summer season that runs from The 27th of March to the 31st of August you can expect to pay 180dhs adult and 100dhs per child, children under 80cm go free. For just an afternoon its 140per adult and 80 per child, and again children under 80cm go free.

Prices vary during the year and are usually cheaper in the winter months, but not all attractions are open.
